Photographic Backgrounds with logo Placement For advertising and collateral material photography can be a compelling background for the WSU logo. Make sure the placement of the logo is in a light or dark zone of the photo to create optimal contrast. Avoid placing the logo against photography that will clash or cause the signature to vibrate visually. These applications may commonly occur on collateral material or merchandise. It is highly important for maintaining a successful brand that the WSU logo and its signatures be handled correctly when displayed in any form.
The examples on this page and the following illustrate unacceptable uses. An orderly system of hierarchy has been developed to accommodate the handling of department names in conjunction with the WSU signature. The examples on this and the following page illustrate proper arrangement within this hierarchical system as it applies to the order of organizational structure for entities within the university.

When filling out the form you must use your WSU email address. If you mispell your email address your request will be deleted. Your username will be your WSU email address and will not change. After you log in click on Software which is on the left side panel, once the list of available software is displayed scroll down and click on the program you would like to download or use the search bar.
Once you see the list of programs you can click on a particular program then hit download. Make sure to click the View Key button and write down the Product Key that generates, you'll need that to activate your software after install.
